ARROW acknowledges that semiconductor factories consist of both FAB and SUB-FAB areas, which are highly controlled environments with a high level of cleanliness and air tightness. Prior to accessing these areas, individuals are required to wear a cleanroom dress, gloves, eye protection, air net, and boots.
Before entering the FAB building, all scaffolding materials, including trollies and every component, must be immaculate and dust-free. If necessary, cleaning with IPA may be performed. Additionally, it is recommended that the work be performed by an experienced team, as the FAB and Sub Fab contain a great deal of chemicals, gases, high-tension electricity, and drain systems that circulate throughout the entire structure.
